Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Buy" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We offer the option to pay by both credit card or Cheque. All charges are in Pounds (£) Sterling and should be made out as such.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Scottish Wood Craft offer you a choice of options. We will always look for and offer what we believe are the best delivery options for you to choose from.

Delivery Schedule
Scottish Wood Craft will always dispatch your goods at the earliest opportunity, normally within two weeks, if any item is unable to be dispatched within 30 days we will seek your approval first.

Back Orders
Most of our craft items are made to order and will incurr some delay in dispatch. If however it will take longer than 30 days we will put it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait. For larger purchases you may be asked for a deposit.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
